What to expect during a 1 to 1 Shamanic Healing Session

Shamanic healing is rarely a "one session and done" fix. Deep-seated trauma or long-term energetic blocks require layers of work. This is why I prefer to work on a ceremony basis, rather than an hourly fixed rate and just one type of healing. I prefer to offer you a package of several different methods in one healing session so that you can make the most out of your own Shamanic healing ceremony. This doesn't mean it is a cure-all in one session, but during the session, I will tend to several findings, unless you wish otherwise, and then we can focus on one specific Shamanic modality at a time. After all, it is your Sacred Shamanic healing ceremony.

Below is an example of what your own Shamanic healing ceremony could look like. As all sessions are individually tailored to each individual's needs, this covers the typical ceremony.

After your initial consultation and filling in the client intake form, which will have already been dealt with before your arrival, to ensure an unhurried, smooth, energetic flow for your session.

Once you enter the sacred space, ensuring that you are ready and willing to participate and granting your permission, you will receive a gentle Shamanic clearing with sacred sage. Sage is a traditional Shamanic comforting plant ally to work with. Sage does not just unburden us from the day-to-day, but also brings along feelings of comfort and feeling refreshed, gently carrying away the stress, worries, and collective noise you may have picked up throughout the day. This is such a beautiful way of allowing the plant medicine to help you step back into your own true space to help you release the heavy dust and busy thoughts of day-to-day life, leaving you feeling lighter and more grounded.

Once you feel clear and refreshed, we will sit together to sip a sacred herbal tea. As we enjoy the warmth of the brew, we will take time to gently set our intentions and weave our prayers for your Shamanic healing ceremony.

Once our intentions are set, our sacred journey begins. I will first call in the sacred directions, our benevolent ancestors, and spirit guides to create a safe, loving container of light around us.

At this point, I will invite you to lie down comfortably on my Shamanic healing couch and walk you through a guided relaxation meditation. While you relax, I will connect to the spirit of my sacred Shamanic drum, allowing its rhythm to guide me into a deep Shamanic state of awareness.

In this space, I will intuitively scan your aura and chakras. If I feel any energetic misplaced or heavy burdens, I will weave in any specific healings, including any we may have discussed previously, as well as remaining completely open to whatever your spirit needs in the moment, and if anything else comes through.

To finish, I will seal your luminous field in love and light and ask the guides for any supportive messages. I will then guide you gently back to the present moment with a grounding meditation, and we will share a beautiful integration chat about everything that unfolded during your session.

Ancestral Healing

We often carry burdens, patterns, or "Karma" that isn't ours, but belongs to our lineage. This service works to clear these generational wounds, ancestral debts, and traumas, bringing healing to both you and your ancestors.

Shamanic Energy Healing

I use both intuitive and communicated information from my guides to work with divine energy, which is transferred through me as I work as a hollow bone, allowing me to send radiant, divine healing energy through me to you, to rebalance your auric field to alleviate stress, anxiety, and feelings of being stuck. I also use this form of shamanic energy healing to fill in areas after cord and extraction removals.

Sound Healing & Energy Healing

Using tools like my shamicani drum, rattles, bells, tuning forks, singing bowls, and intuitive energy work, I can help to realign your chakras and clear your aura. Extractions: Both solid (energetic) and fluid (intrusions) extractions

Sometimes we carry "misplaced" energy or intrusions that don't belong to us. I work to identify and remove these energetic blockages or intrusions to restore your body's natural flow.

Psychopomp & De-possesions

A compassionate service focused on "soul guiding". Whether assisting spirits of the deceased to cross peacefully into the light or helping living individuals clear intrusive spirits, this work restores sacred boundaries. It brings peace to the transition process and ensures that both the living and the spirit world exist in healthy, respectful ways.

House Clearing/Cleansing

Your environment can be a reflection of your energetic state. This service clears stagnant or heavy energy or echoes from your home, whether left by previous occupants or past events. By harmonising the energy of your home, I can bring your home back into a state of peace, protection, and vibrant flow. Psychopomp work can be included during this process if it is required.
