Willow Moon Shamanism: Our Path to Resolution
At Willow Moon Shamanism, I strive to walk a path of integrity, healing, and mutual respect. I understand that in deep energetic and spiritual work, misunderstandings or discomfort can arise. I view feedback and complaints not as conflict, but as an opportunity for growth, alignment, and restorative justice.

2. How to Share Your Concerns
If you feel that my service, conduct, or a specific session has fallen short of your expectations or my ethical standards, I encourage you to reach out through the following steps:
Step One: Informal Connection (The Open Door)
Often, a heart-to-heart conversation can resolve feelings of misalignment. If you feel comfortable, I invite you to discuss your concerns directly with me Faye your Shamanic practitioner.
Goal: Immediate resolution through dialogue and mutual understanding.
Step Two: Formal Review
If an informal chat doesn’t feel right, or if the issue remains unresolved, please submit a formal complaint in writing.

3. My Commitment to You
Once a formal complaint is received, I Faye Hadley at Willow Moon Shamanism commits to the following timeline:

4. Seeking Resolution
Resolution is a collaborative process. Depending on the nature of the concern, outcomes may include:
A formal apology and explanation.
A repeat session or an alternative healing service.
Changes to my internal practices to ensure the issue does not recur.
5. Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with the utmost discretion. Information will only be shared with those directly involved in resolving the matter, unless there is a legal or safety requirement to disclose it.
